"Can’t complain about this one bit. The 28x28 dimensions are spot on. Hooked it up yesterday and it feels sturdy as hell. I’m a pretty big guy (around 220 lbs) and I feel totally safe climbing up and down. Springs have great tension, door seals up nice and tight. Definitely makes getting into the attic a breeze now.
